Styra is a policy-as-code solutions provider that allows companies to secure cloud environments and applications, including those built on the popular Kubernetes open-source cloud platform. Styra came to Walker Sands to help raise their awareness and knowledge in the industry through a dedicated data report.
The data report aimed to address the ‘State of Cloud Native Authorization as hybrid work environments become a mainstay across enterprises. To uncover this information, Walker Sands surveyed 250 IT decision-makers and 250 developers throughout the tech industry and distilled key data findings. This report was designed to showcase those findings and provide a clear picture of where IT decision-makers and developers stand in today’s work environment.

After content was finalized, I began to research Styra further and sketch layouts that most effectively told the story of the data while adhering to Styra’s brand guidelines. After getting the rough prototype approved, I wireframed my concept with copy to ensure it all flowed smoothly.
The final report is a culmination of all the work done before it in a succinct, digestible, and provoking layout. It adheres to Styra’s brand while also pushing it various aspects such as custom card treatments and illustrations. Scroll down to see a glimpse of the full report.
